Business Impact Project

All participants receive an assignment, parallel to the MD-course, to come up with a proposal for a Business Impact Project (BIP). The goal of the BIP is to have a positive impact for the department, organization or society within a set timeframe of, for example, 3 or 6 months. These small projects will be presented during the first module to the other participants. Then 2 or 3 BIP’s will be chosen by the participants.

The participants will form teams who will work on the project during the time frame of the 4 modules. Each team is allowed to choose a coach from within the organization. The projects will be presented to management or the board who will be jurors together with the 2 coaches from Yes, and the winner will be chosen.

In this BIP all presented knowledge and skills will be applied.
