Our Management Development (MD) program consists of 4 modules. From the basis of personal and interpersonal effectivity we work towards a decisive AND empathetic leadership profile. This course is an ABAN accredited training already given to Medical Specialists.
Before the start of the program an intake is conducted with each candidate. The program is explained and personal (learning-) goals are determined.
