Leadership is a comprehensive word. This training module aims to provide insight and tools for this complex role. The role is complex both in normal circumstances and in abnormal situations. Different aspects are covered; relationship- or task oriented leadership, directive or democratic leadership styles. Who is responsible for decisionmaking? In an interactive way we show what is necessary or even required and what is effective in which situation. During the training the participants experience and learn that a flexibility in leadership style is required in order to be a true and effective leader.
