Han studied Industrial Design at TU Delft and in 2011 completed a change management and organizational development study at SIOO.
He has worked at Siemens and the AF-KLM group. There he was responsible for business development, operational management and management development.
Han gives space to creativity, but also ensures that a project is ready on time. He goes for quality and does not accept quick or easy answers.
