In this training you will step by step map out a number of scenarios and see what consequences they have. Not a prediction but an exploration of what might happen. By doing this you will be able to recognize relevant signals faster and to take appropriate measures at an earlier stage.
In this module we define trends in your business/industry. Then we cluster them. We look at the predictability and impact of each cluster. The next step is to develop (action-) plans for the scenario or scenarios who have the greatest impact and lowest predictability.
