The Flight Crew CRM Trainer Refresher Course is a recurrent training programme held every three years for experienced CRM instructors. This training is designed to keep your knowledge and instructional skills up to date and further deepen them, enabling you to continue contributing effectively to a strong safety culture within the organisation.
The refresher course aligns closely with the Human Factors component of the Initial Instructor Course, or it can be delivered as a tailor-made Human Factors programme tailored to the specific needs of the organisation. During these sessions, we address recent developments, new insights, and current operational challenges within CRM and Human Factors.
In addition, the focus lies on further strengthening key instructor competencies, such as facilitating group discussions, encouraging reflection, providing constructive feedback, and creating an open and safe learning environment.
This refresher training offers space for deeper exploration, exchange of experiences, and a renewed understanding of core concepts, ensuring that you, as a CRM instructor, remain sharp, engaged, and well prepared for your role within both training and operational practice.
