  • Initial operator’s CRM training
    The initial operators’ course is a 2-day basic CRM training for First-entry pilots.
  • Operator conversion course when changing aircraft type
    This operator conversion course is a 1 day training for experienced pilots, changing aircraft type.
  • Operator conversion course when changing operator
    This operator conversion course is a 1 day training for experienced pilots changing airline / operator.
  • Annual Recurrent Training
    The Annual Recurrent Training is a yearly recurring training of 1 day. In a 3-year cycle all CRM subjects will be covered. These courses are based on current industry data and cases but also conform specific companies’ requests.
  • Command Course
    The Command Course is a 2-day training for First-Officers upgrading to Commander.

 

 

  • Multi cabin crew operations training
    This course is a 2-day training for starting multi cabin crewmembers.
  • Single cabin crew operations training
    This course is a 2-day training for starting single cabin crewmembers.
  • CRM training for Senior cabin crew members
    This course is a 2-day training for cabin crewmembers making an upgrade to senior cabin crewmember.
  • Annual Recurrent Training
    The Annual Recurrent Training is a yearly recurring course of 1 day. In a 3-year cycle all CRM subjects will be covered. These courses are based on current industry data and cases, but also compliant with the specific requests from the company.

  • Annual Recurrent Training
    The Annual Recurrent Training is a yearly recurring course of 1 day. In a 3-year cycle all CRM subjects will be covered. These courses are based on current industry data and also compliant with the specific requests from the company.

 

All these courses will be given as “classroom” training, regardless of the operational background. The training can be in-company or on location (YES Human Factors has 2 facilities available).

The subjects in the table below will be trained by using group discussions, team assignments, examples from real situations in combination with feedback in a safe, just culture atmosphere. The goal is to make and keep CRM practical. It should be possible to apply it immediately in the daily professional environment.
